Age: Unknown (Born untold thousands or even millions of years ago in the dimension of the vastly powerful energy-entities called the Faltine, Dormammu and his sibling Umar gathered matter to themselves to increase their power, a practice anathema to their fellow Faltine.)
Personality: Though Dormammu possesses great power, he is not satisfied with what he has. It is unlikely that he ever will be. His continuing lust for greater and greater things is a core aspect of his personality. That is why, since it is nigh impossible for him to be destroyed, his desires must be contained by others who have equal or greater power. Having progressed on to a higher state of being, he has little tolerance for those who exist out of flesh and blood, using them often as pawns and little else. His family, extended and otherwise, are really the only exceptions to this rule, and even then--not always.
History: Dormammu was originally the marvel universe, until he noticed a tear in his dimension. He went to explore this tear and was pulled into it his power staying behind in the marvel dimension. He must now gain power and worshipers to get more power to link the two dimensions together as he can still go into his dimension but not the marvel dimension.
