Name: Mika Impekka

Age: 14

Personality: tends to be a very happy and out going person if a little flighty, but hen focused can be quite dangerous

How they look: tends to wear bright "happy" colors, she tends towards clothing that shows off a bit of her butterflyness like most witches are known to, but she down plays it as a quirk, usually long sleeves komono like tops and slightly baggy and flowing slacks, usually has a butterfly ornament in her hair as well, made of gold and decorated with ruby, sapphire, and jade, to mimic colors of a butterfly

Form description: she is very much athletically built, more like a gymnast then anything, lean and lithe, and very flexible, more for fast accurate movements then brute strength

History: while she was born a witch she has never fallen into the whole "kill the reapers" Idea, she couldn't understand what made them all so different from them, they had powers and so did they, just different means of using them, eventually she left the witches city and made her way to death city and is actually living in death city, having gotten permission from the reaper himself to attend the reaper academy, she wants to learn more about the weapons and meisters, and hopefully make it so that the two groups can stop fighting, maybe even find another way to make a deathscythe that doesn't involve eating a witches soul.
